THAI YOGA MASSAGE
What is Thai Yoga Massage?
Thai Yoga Massage combines facilitated stretching with diverse tools like elbows and feet, to relieve pain, improve mobility, and create length and spaciousness. We emphasize body mechanics from yoga to ensure that every technique "feels good to give" and "feels good to receive."
What's better for me...?
Thai Yoga Massage on the Mat OR
Table Thai Yoga Massage?
Thai Yoga Massage on the Mat
This form of Thai Massage is perfect for those who like to be on the floor, like yoga and shiatsu practitioners. Working on a mat creates a very grounded and earth-centered session. Most all Thai Yoga techniques performed on the mat can be modified to be done on a massage table.
Table Thai Yoga Massage
This adaptation of Thai Massage is more appropriate for practitioners who have knee or back pain or are unable to work on the floor. Body mechanics are generally easier to incorporate on the table compared to the floor, and blends easily with your current massage therapy practice.
