Asian Reflexology
Asian Reflexology blends the best of Thai, Indian, Chinese and Japanese therapies for the feet and legs. Learn to stretch and massage energy lines and pressure points to ground the energy, clear the mind, and relieve foot discomfort.

Fusion Massage: Blending, Expanding, or Refining
Fusion Massage teaches healthy body mechanics and advanced techniques that save therapists' hands, thumbs, and wrists. Fusion Massage bridges Lomi Lomi and Esalen connective strokes with Thai Massage stretches to create a fluid and holistic bodywork experience. There are 3 different Fusion Massage classes and each has a different emphasis: Blending, Expanding, or Refining. Each class can be taken in any order and each offers over 90-minutes of new techniques.

Medical Massage
Medical Massage for Neck, TMJD Pain, & Migraine Headaches
We review the anatomy and contributing factors of Neck pain, Whiplash, TMJD & Jaw Pain, and Tension & Migraine headaches. We then learn highly effective techniques integrated from various modalities (such as Trigger Point, Neuromuscular Therapy, Structural Integration, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Acupressure, and more) to relieve these conditions.

Medical Masage for Shoulder, Arm, & Wirst Pain
We review the anatomy and contributing factors of Shoulder Bursitis, Rotator Cuff & Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Golfers/Tennis Elbow, and Carpel Tunnel. We then learn highly effective techniques integrated from various modalities (such as Trigger Point, Neuromuscular Therapy, Structural Integration, Muscle Release Technique, and more) to relieve these conditions.

Medical Massage for Low Back, Hip, & Sciatic Pain
We review the anatomy and contributing factors of Low Back and Hip Pain, Disc & Facet Joint Injuries, and True & Pseudo-Sciatica. We then learn highly effective techniques integrated from various modalities (such as Neuromuscular Therapy, Structural Integration, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and more) to relieve these conditions.

Medical Massage for Knee, Ankle, and Foot Pain
We review the anatomy and contributing factors of Knee pain, Ankle Injuries, Plantar Fasciitis, and IT-Band Syndrome. We also practice repatterning exercises and learn highly effective techniques integrated from various modalities (such as Trigger Point, Neuromuscular Therapy, Structural Integration, and more) to relieve these conditions.

Pre-Natal Massage
Learn about pregnant mothers’ special needs including: How to incorporate techniques in the side lying position; How to use the body support system; Contraindications for pregnancy; and How to create a session where she and the therapist feels safe.

Reflexology
Based on traditions of both the East and West, therapists learn techniques and reflex points to address specific needs of each client within a full body massage or as a stand alone Reflexology treatment.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, yet very powerful form of bodywork that uses "Universal Life Force Energy" to heal. Learn how to attune yourself to this healing energy and clear your own energy centers so you may increase the amount of life force energy ("ki") moving through you.

Level One- Attunes you to healing on the physical level and offers self-treatment hand positions.

Level Two- Attunes you to healing on the mental and emotional levels and provide opportunities to practice distance healing.

Level Three- Attunes you to healing the spirit and soul and how to share the mysteries of Reiki. Sometimes referred to as the "master" level, this level was originally referred to as the "mystery" level.

Thai Herbal Ball Massage
Learn how to blend basic Thai Massage stretching with hot herbal ball compression techniques to the energy lines. The aromatherapy ingredients of the herbal balls combined with stretching both soothes and energizes clients.

Thai Oil Massage
Learn special draping techniques used to incorporate deep and relaxing stretches in your full-body massages. Also, explore Thai aromatherapy recipes to blend your own oils to inspire, sedate, or balance.

Thai Reflexology
Join us as we learn to perform Thai Reflexology for the hands, feet, face, and legs. Learn to balance and open the Thai meridians and pressure points with this ancient Thai Therapy.
