What is Cranial Sacral Therapy?
Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on approach, which helps release restrictions throughout the body and create a profound sense of relaxation.

Course Objectives for Cranial Sacral Therapy I:

  • Present anatomical structures and metaphysical implications of the major bones of the skull and sacrum.
  • Demonstrate techniques and provide thorough hands-on training that will enable participants to perform a 60-minute Cranial Sacral session.
  • Practice meditation and movement exercises to enhance students’ capacity to sense and impact the Cranial Sacral Wave.

Cranial Sacral Therapy I Seminar Includes:

  • Three day intensive training in Cranial Sacral Therapy
  • 25 NCBTMB Continuing Education Credits
  • Student Manual describing the anatomy, techniques for releasing restrictions, and metaphysical characteristics of bones in the skull and sacrum
  • Certificate of Completion

Course Objectives for Cranial Sacral Therapy II:

  • Explore varying nuances of "listening" to the body and moving with the body in the dance called "UNWINDING."
  • Learn techniques to unwind the fascia, limbs, sacrum and heart, and well as possibilities for atuning to coupled holds.
  • Practice meditation and movement exercises to move into deep stillness encouraging students’ capacity to sense and impact the Craniosacral Wave.

Cranial Sacral Therapy II Seminar Includes:

  • Three day intensive training in Cranial Sacral Therapy II
  • 25 NCBTMB Continuing Education Credits
  • Student Manual describing anatomy and presenting techniques for releasing restrictions through unwinding, coupled holds and other advanced Cranial Sacral techniques.
  • Certificate of Completion

Prerequisits for Cranial Sacral Therapy II: Students must have taken a level I Craniosacral course through an accredited school, institute or provider.
